Services

An overview of my core services, which I tailor to meet the unique needs of each organisation.

While I work across sectors, the themes I return to often include: urban informality; climate justice; social movement accompaniment; feminist and decolonial strategy; youth-led transformation; and participatory MEL.

Strategy Development

The gap between intention and impact often begins with strategy. Without a clear, shared roadmap, even the most values-driven teams struggle to translate ambition into action.

My extensive experience facilitating participatory strategy development with diverse local and international NGOs and social movements has shaped a deep commitment to helping organisations co-create clear, grounded strategies anchored in a robust Theory of Change.

These processes generate more than a plan—they build alignment and momentum across teams, partners, and funders, united around a shared vision and a credible pathway to meaningful change.

Collaborative

Action

Many collaborations fall short because they overlook the power dynamics and practical barriers that hold collective efforts back. When partnerships are unclear, extractive, or uncoordinated, the gap between shared intention and real-world impact grows.

Drawing on years of experience working within and alongside multi-stakeholder coalitions—including social movements, governments, academia, NGOs, and funders—I support organisations to plan and implement collaborations that are both efficient and genuinely co-productive.

The result is collective action that moves beyond goodwill and process, toward coordinated, systemic impact grounded in shared purpose and mutual accountability.

Evidence &

Influence

When Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) is reduced to donor compliance, fails to measure what really matters, or is siloed within an individual or single team, organisations miss their potential to drive transformative practice.

With deep experience supporting participatory MEL with grassroots actors, NGOs, and philanthropic partners, I help organisations design and implement MEL systems that centre outcomes, amplify learning, and strengthen influence. This includes co-creating practical frameworks and tools, conducting evaluations, and integrating evidence into strategy, communications, and advocacy. Where appropriate, I support processes that position communities as MEL leaders—defining what matters and how success should be measured.

This work embeds learning cultures, strengthens adaptive decision-making, and increases the visibility and credibility of impact—internally and externally.

Business

Development

How an organisation is resourced shapes what it can achieve. Yet many remain stuck in cycles of short-term project delivery, constrained by funding that is misaligned with long-term impact goals.

My experience working across both sides of the funding equation—as implementer and funder—enables me to help organisations sharpen their positioning, communicate their impact, and craft compelling value propositions. I support teams to write winning proposals, build strategic funder relationships, and lead collaborative grant-writing processes across networks and consortia.

This unlocks more strategic, better-aligned funding—fueling the work that truly matters and sustaining the momentum required for transformative impact, not just project delivery.
